Student Genie -- 2

Hi Guys, This is a limited Budget project. I want someone to develop a basic Student Friendly app or website, accessible to all the students across UK. I already have the design for logo and outline for the app/website. I have attached the complete idea as word document. The app similar to my ideas are UniDays, Vinted. I don't want a complex app/website, just a basic one with not much features. If you are coming under the budget which is £50 max the please connect.
