Solar-Tracking, Location-Based App Development

I built a few apps in google's aistudio. I'm looking for a developer who can take those apps and do what's necessary to bring them to life on the app stores. we'll do on project at a time.
The first project is a simple one, a location-based app in that tracks solar data—like dawn, dusk, and solar noon—to calculate dynamic daily schedules. Users can also set custom alarms to notify them before each specific time arrives.
Requirements:
1. be available to start right away
2. focus entirely on my project until completion
