Simple Radio Station App

I need a straightforward Android/IOS app that does just two things:

1. Automatically start and keep playing our existing online radio stream (I will supply the full URL).
Alsow play on airplay/sonos and stays open all the time! Alsow when the device is locked.
2. Show a single WhatsApp button that, when tapped, opens a chat with a preset number so listeners can message the studio.

All screens have already been designed, so you can work directly from those assets without any creative re-work. What I’m looking for is clean, reliable code that meets Google Play guidelines and can be published to the Play Store under my developer account.

Core requirements
• Stream must buffer quickly and play in the background.
• A simple “now playing” indicator and basic media controls (play/pause) should be included.
• WhatsApp intent must open the correct number regardless of Android version.
• App must handle network dropouts gracefully and recover the stream automatically.
• Final deliverables: production-ready APK/AAB, full source code, and step-by-step publish instructions.

Timeline: ASAP—please indicate how fast you can compile, test, and push the release.
