Salon Scheduler Development

I'm seeking a developer to create a salon calendar system for five employees. I sketched out a rough draft of what I am thinking. I am open to suggestions. This will be for salon use only, I don't want customers to book their own appointments.
Key Features Needed:
- Appointment Booking: Clients should be able to book appointments by calling the salon.
- Employee Scheduling: Manage and organize the work schedules of all employees.
Platform: Open to suggestions, but not limited to web-based, mobile, or desktop applications.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in developing scheduling systems
- Strong UI/UX design skills
- Proficient in at least one development platform (web, mobile, or desktop)
- Good communication skills for requirement gathering and updates
