1. Overview:
I need a ScoreApp scorecard built for SME owners to assess their business’s sale-readiness. The user answers a series of questions, receives a score and outcome band, and is prompted to book a Game Plan session.
2. My Account Details:
Build this inside my ScoreApp account (login will be provided).
I need full admin access and ownership.
3. Questions & Scoring:
[I’ll insert all questions, answer options, and how each one is scored. E.g., multiple choice, 1–5 scale, etc.]

4. Outcome Bands:
[List score ranges and their meaning. E.g.:]
0–40: At Risk – “Significant gaps to fix before you can sell or step back.”
41–70: Needs Work – “Some systems in place but risks remain.”
