Review & Upgrade Vixo App

I am looking for a professional app developer/team to review my existing project and give me a realistic price to make it ready for Android and iOS.

This is not a simple website project. It is a marketplace-style app called Vixo, where people can request practical everyday help, and local helpers can accept tasks, send bids, chat, share GPS location when on the way, and later receive payment through the platform.

The app is currently built as a mobile-first web app and is prepared for Capacitor. The goal is to make it ready for Google Play and Apple App Store.

I do not want rushed work or quick promises. I need a serious developer who can inspect the current project, understand the purpose, and give a clear price and plan.

Main app concept:
- Users can request help with everyday practical tasks
- Helpers can create profiles and services
- Customers can create tasks
- Helpers can bid on tasks
- Customers can accept a helper
- Chat must work between customer and helper
- GPS/live location must work when the helper is on the way
- Notifications must work properly
- Admin panel must allow support, task overview, users, helpers, reports and price/fee overview
- Payment system must be prepared so the platform can later take a fee/commission
