Resolve Android App Google Play Rejection -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Project Title:
Expert Android Developer Needed to Fix Google Play Sensitive Permissions Conflict & App Rejection Loop
Project Description:
We are the development team at Circles Co., and we are currently facing a critical, complex rejection loop on the Google Play Console for our parental control app, "Memora Kids." The app's review has been pending/rejected for over 40 days due to user data policy issues related to historically used sensitive permissions: Specifically QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES (Installed Applications List) and BIND_ACCESSIBILITY_SERVICE.
The Core Issue:
We have completely deprecated and stripped out the features associated with these permissions from our core source code. We uploaded a clean Android App Bundle (AAB), yet the Google Play automated declaration forms (App Content section) are still strictly forcing us to justify the use of these permissions (and recently ACTIVITY_RECOGNITION), effectively blocking the release.
We suspect there is a conflict caused by either:
Active legacy artifacts/builds remaining hidden in older testing tracks (Internal or Closed testing tracks) that Google's bots are still scanning.
Third-party SDK dependencies silently injecting these permissions during the final manifest merging process.
Current App Flow & Compliance Proof Video:

What We Need From You:
Perform a thorough inspection of the Merged Manifest to locate any hidden permission injections and enforce hard removal using tools:node="remove".
Audit our Google Play Console testing tracks, identify the tracking bundles holding the old permissions, and properly override or deprecate them.
Guide us on filling out the remaining "App Content" declarations/questionnaires with strict compliance terminology so the clean build overrides the automated rejection block.
Requirements:
Must have proven, extensive experience handling high-level Google Play Policy compliance, handling Foreground Services, and navigating complex manifest conflicts.
