Publish Utility App on Play

I have a fully-built productivity utility app, along with its screenshots, feature graphic, description copy and technical documentation. What I need now is someone who knows Google Play Console inside-out to take all these assets, upload the APK/AAB through my existing developer account, work through the policy checklists, and keep iterating until Google gives the green light.

You’ll be expected to prepare the listing, set the correct app-level permissions, complete the Data Safety and Content Rating forms, and respond to any policy feedback that may come back during review. If something is flagged, I’m counting on you to diagnose the cause, adjust the submission, resubmit, and only hand the project back when the app is live and publicly searchable.

Deliverables
• Store listing fully populated (title, short & full descriptions, graphics, tags)
• Binary uploaded with release notes and signing validated
• All compliance sections passed (Data Safety, Device/Location, privacy policy links, etc.)
• Confirmation screenshot or link showing the app status as “Published”

I will provide the signed build, graphics, and temporary console access; you provide the expertise to make the approval happen quickly and cleanly.
