Process Mapping Workflow Dashboard

I need a Power BI or custom app to create a workflow dashboard based on my existing process map. I am not sure whether an App or Power Bi is better? Essentially we want to track the duties of the 4 dutyholders under the building safety act. Client, Designer, Principal designer and the designer. The client will just see the summary dashboard with all the headlines...

I have added some workflows to the files section with my initial thoughts. We will need some work to also build the trackers in the background. Most of mine is in either excell or word declarations etc..

Requirements:
- Use Excel files as data sources.
- Include interactive charts and graphs.
- Generate summary reports.
- Provide real-time data updates.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Power BI or app development.
- Strong Excel integration skills.
- Experience in designing interactive dashboards.
- Ability to implement real-time data feeds.
