MS Power Apps and SharePoint Project Management App

Need an app built in MS Power Apps and connected to Sharepoint Lists
For internal use
Process starts with a project and requirement for total amount of staff hours over a specified period
Staff notified of project requirement.
Staff can input their available hours for each week of the project length.
Admin approves hours up to total required.
Projects will have 3 - 4 staff 'type' requirements.
Sharepoint list defines what 'type' of project each staff can partake in
Staff input is only available to those of the correct 'type'
Potential phase 2 of app build with greater functionality
