First Screen - welcome screen with sign in and sign out buttons and an Admin Link
Sign in Screen- displays the fields below;

Reason for Visit Choice Yes - options; Interview, Meeting, Test Loop Visit, Interview, Other
User selects Other - display field for other reason: user selects Event, Test Loop Visit or meeting - display Company Name

Arrival DateTime Date and Time No - created when user signs in
Exit DateTime Date and Time No - created when user signs out
Other Single line of text No - only displayed if user chooses Other fro the Reason for Vist

Visiting Person or Group No - this is a drop down list populated from the office 365 users (I have this code already)
Ensure all fields are entered where necessary with label to display fields where missing content
Sign out screen : enter the lanyard id - displays their name to confirm they are to sign out, Click sign out - enters a value in the Exit DateTime Field automatically
Admin Screen - display all currently signed in uers, with a check box for admin to manually exit user from system
