Physical Product Inventory Reordering App

My company needs a straightforward application that lets us keep control of our physical-product inventory. We already have the business processes in place; what we lack is a single tool that can track every item we stock and automatically trigger stock reordering when levels dip below a threshold we define.
Core requirement
We have 5 suppliers each with about 25 SKU. I want an app that will show all of our priducts and allow a staff member to manually enter the quantity on hand. For each product I need to also enter the minimum stock required and if the product is reordered in indivuak units or in bulk quantities. I then want the app to generate a pdf wich can be sent to each supplier.
I will provide sample SKUs and current spreadsheets once we agree on milestones, then test the build against a week of live transactions before sign-off.
