Optimize & Maintain AVA App

AVA—A Vital Archive—is already live on both the Apple App Store and Google Play. I now need a dedicated partner to keep the app running at its best and to shepherd every update through to release.

My immediate priority is performance optimisation, so your first weeks will focus on diagnosing slow spots, reducing crashes, and ensuring smooth operation across the latest iOS and Android versions. Once the core issues are ironed out, I’d like you to take ownership of routine maintenance, including store-listing updates and compliance checks, while keeping me in the loop with clear, jargon-free status reports.

Ideal experience
You’re comfortable digging into both Swift and Kotlin/Java projects, reading store analytics in App Store Connect and Google Play Console, and shipping incremental releases through TestFlight or closed testing tracks. Familiarity with Firebase Crashlytics, Instruments, Android Profiler, and similar tools will help you hit the ground running.

Deliverables for our first milestone
• A concise performance audit highlighting bottlenecks
• An optimisation plan with estimated effort and measurable targets
• A patched build submitted to both stores passing review
