Need APP developer with Managerial Experience for partnership

I need someone with social media management experience, and APP computer coding to help with an idea. I have spoken with several knowledgeable individuals who tell me my concept is novel and has an insane upside. My goal is to find a partner who can spend a day or two building a prototype, then pitch the idea to a contact in social media or gaming management. Nothing in my preliminary research indicates any firm is already developing my relatively simplistic concept and it would enhance every social media and gaming platform currently in market.
