I’m looking for a streamlined, self-service appointment platform dedicated to personal training sessions. The core of the build is an easy-to-use interface where my clients can see available time slots, book their session in seconds, pay on the spot, and automatically receive timely reminders so nobody misses a workout.

Key requirements
• Appointment flow: clients browse open slots, confirm, and receive an instant booking summary.
• Secure payment processing: integrate a popular gateway (Stripe, PayPal, or similar) so payments clear during booking.
• Automatic reminders: configurable email and/or SMS notifications sent before each session.
• Admin control: dashboard for me to manage availability, view bookings, issue refunds, and adjust reminder templates.
• Mobile-friendly: responsive layout that works just as smoothly on phones as on desktop.

If you can hook this into a standard calendar (Google, Outlook, etc.) without complicating the build, let me know—that could be a nice future upgrade.
