Microsoft Power Platform Developer

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer with a strong track record of delivering production-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. The ideal candidate will be able to interpret architecture and flow diagrams, follow solution design guidance, and independently build scalable, maintainable apps and automation workflows.
This role requires hands-on expertise across the full Power Platform lifecycle—from development through testing, deployment, and future enhancements.

Core Responsibilities
• Translate architecture diagrams, flow diagrams, and functional guidance into working Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
• Design and develop Power Apps that are user-friendly, performant, and maintainable
• Build and manage Power Automate flows for business process automation, approvals, notifications, and integrations
• Apply best practices for Power Platform ALM, including use of:
o Solutions
o Managed vs unmanaged components
o Environment separation (Dev, Test, Prod)
• Design and work with data sources such as SharePoint Online lists and document libraries (Dataverse experience is a plus)
• Implement business rules, validations, and workflow logic within apps and flows
• Handle error handling, retries, logging, and monitoring for automation
• Support ongoing enhancements while maintaining solution stability
