Project Title:

Mewat Property’s – Simple Property Buying & Selling App

Requirement:

I need a very simple and user-friendly Android app for property buying & selling only (No rent module).

MOST IMPORTANT RULE:

- All calls & WhatsApp must go ONLY to Admin number: 9828800107
- Buyer and Seller must NOT be able to contact each other directly.
- Seller number must remain hidden at all times.
- No direct communication between buyer & seller.

Basic Features Needed:

1. Simple 3 Step Posting

- Select District
- Select Tehsil
- Enter Local Area (manual typing allowed)

2. Landmark Option

- Default landmarks + custom input.

3. Requirement Module

- If property not found, user can post requirement.
- All requirements must come to Admin via WhatsApp (Hindi).

4. Admin Panel

- Add District/Tehsil anytime
- Approve posts
- Manage leads
- Control all contacts

5. Language

- Very simple Hindi + easy English
- Designed for rural users

6. Platform

- Android App
- Admin Panel
- WhatsApp Notification
