Marketing/Freelancing app with a finely structured database and third party billing system.

We need a website and an app (with the possibility of porting to both the Apple Store and Google Play Store). For easier understanding, imagine "reddit" or "X" but for marketing and freelancing purposes. There has to be an option to create a business account or a personal account. There also have to be two sections (for now) - one for "clipping" and one for "freelancing". Business accounts have to have the ability to create posts in the "clipping section" which have to contain:
- Information about the business's products, podcasts, etc.
- A place where clients can download content and/or instructions for creating clips
- The option to set a price pool, maximum candidates, and rewards (such as an amount per "x" amount of views) for the specific post.
- There has to be a billing system (like Stripe, for example) for businesses to deposit money into the price pool, and for payments towards clients who have candidates and successfully reached the goal in the specific post.
The personal (or client) accounts have to have the ability to:
- View the posts created by business accounts and apply to them.
- Once a client creates clips (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels - depending on the post's requirements) and reaches a certain amount of views or reaches a goal that the business owner has set, the client has to get paid.
All of the above is for the "clipping" section of the app/website, it is mainly intended for businesses to promote their product/content through clients on the app, looking to make money by spreading clips of the product/content.
