Interim CTO for App Development
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
My mobile app is already in active development, but I need a seasoned, CTO-level partner to take full ownership of product development so the team can ship with confidence on both Android and iOS. I want someone who can step in immediately, assess where we are, and drive us all the way through launch and beyond.
You will guide feature planning, refine the user-experience, set up a solid QA process, and keep cloud infrastructure, ad integrations, and ongoing updates running smoothly. I’m looking for leadership that balances big-picture strategy with day-to-day problem-solving—someone who can spot issues early, keep the roadmap realistic, and motivate engineers and designers toward clear, measurable milestones.
Key deliverables I expect:
• A 90-day feature roadmap that aligns with market goals
• Wireframe or low-fidelity UX improvements for critical flows
• A documented QA plan with automated and manual test coverage targets
• Review and optimisation plan for our current cloud architecture (scalability, cost, security)
• Strategy for integrating ads without harming UX
• Triage of existing bugs with prioritised backlog and fix plan
• Release process definition for regular Android/iOS updates
