Google Play Submission & Transfer

My Android app is finished, signed, and fully tested; what I still need is a smooth launch on the Google Play Store and then a clean ownership transfer so the listing sits under my own developer account (the account is already active and in good standing).

To keep everything crystal-clear, these are the concrete deliverables I expect:
• App uploaded, reviewed, and approved for public release on Google Play
• Transfer request initiated and completed so the live listing is owned by my account
