I’m looking to acquire 8-10, Google Play Developer accounts that are 12–24 months old and have at least one app published previously or currently live. These accounts will be used to launch new applications, so a clean and compliant history is important.
Before releasing funds, I’ll verify the following:
The Play Console creation date falls within the 12–24 month range
At least one app has been live in the past or is currently live (category, ratings, or installs are not a deciding factor)
No policy violations, strikes, suspensions, or pending appeals
Complete transfer of the associated Gmail account, including inbox access, 2-step verification, and recovery details
Whether the existing app remains published or is taken down is entirely your choice and won’t affect the decision.
Once access is shared, I’ll finalize the ownership transfer within the Google Play Console and confirm the account is fully functional before closing the milestone.
