P/212 Google Play Console Publish (Testing + Live)

I am looking for a professional and experienced freelancer who can handle Google Play Store closed testing and ensure my Android app is successfully approved and published on the Google Play Store.
The app is already developed. I only need support for testing, Play Console process, and approval management.
Since this is my first app on Google Play Store, strict policy compliance and proper guidance are extremely important.
Scope of Work:
Provide 15 unique testers
Conduct 14 consecutive days of closed testing as per Google Play requirements
Ensure testers install, actively use, and properly engage with the app
Manage and monitor the complete closed testing process
Assist with:
Google Play Console testing setup
Tester management & invitations
Feedback submission (if required)
Handle app submission for review
Fix any testing-related issues or policy warnings
Ensure the app is successfully approved and LIVE on Google Play Store
Important Conditions (Must Read):
Freelancer must guarantee proper completion of the 14-day closed testing requirement.
All testers must be real and unique accounts.
Testing must strictly follow Google Play policies.
If the app is rejected due to improper testing or policy mistakes related to testing, the freelancer must fix the issue without extra cost.
The freelancer is responsible for ensuring the app becomes LIVE on Google Play Store.
Payment Terms:
No advance payment.
Payment will be released ONLY after:
The app is successfully approved
The app is officially LIVE on Google Play Store
If the app does not go live, payment will not be released.
