Golf App Email & Selection Enhancement

I already have a working golf-focused application and now need it extended in two key areas:
I have added a milestone for this functionality. Based on the images you sent some comments
1. The principle is fine, go to queries and make a selection and editable content in email going to selected audience and send email,
2. The filter process should be
a. Always select from all active players
b. Then select from that audience, then select from a list of intention to play options, with say up to three selection, or none if going to all players.
C example:
from all active players, select one of these options(see image) similar to a list box in excel, with say up to three selections allowed and as AND or OR for more than one selection
Note the intention here is the administrator to bring the participants in line for missing or incorrect information, not for the players to update their particulars, they already have that functionality.
