Fix Policy Rejection, Publish Finance App

My Android finance app is finished, signed, and ready, yet Google Play rejected it for a policy violation. I need a Play Console compliance expert to identify what triggered the rejection, correct it, and see the submission through to approval.

The AAB, full source, store-listing copy, privacy policy link, and Google’s rejection notice are all in hand. Your task is to audit the code, permissions, assets, and declarations against the latest Developer Program Policies for finance-related apps, make the required changes, and guide the resubmission.

Deliverables
• Detailed audit report highlighting every non-compliant element
• Updated source/AAB that meets all Google policies
• Revised store listing (text, screenshots, policy forms) ready for upload
• Confirmation from the Play Console that the release has been approved, plus a brief change log for my records
