US Employee Review App Build

I’m streamlining how we evaluate staff across our U.S. offices and need a lightweight employee-management app focused solely on performance reviews. The core of the build is a clean, intuitive module that captures review data, runs performance analytics, and presents insights that managers can act on immediately.

Key elements I expect:
• Performance analytics dashboards that turn raw review scores into clear trends, strengths, and red-flag indicators.
• Seamless, real-time integration with the project management tools we already use so review data can be correlated with task delivery and project outcomes.

The user base sits entirely in the United States, so compliance with common U.S. data-privacy practices is essential. Because of time-zone alignment and an understanding of local HR nuances, I’m only considering developers located within the USA.

Deliverables will include the source code, a brief admin guide, and a hand-off walkthrough demonstrating the analytics engine and the live sync with our project management suite.
