Develop Android App and Website

I’m looking for a talented developer or small team to build a fully working app (not a prototype) for web and mobile use. The app includes a dual-role user system, submissions, approval tracking, and a clean interface.

IMPORTANT: Full business logic, data model, and UI references will only be shared with shortlisted candidates. This is to protect the concept.

Core Features:
- Secure login (email, Google optional)

- Role selection during signup (2 user types)

- One user role submits a request

- Other user role approves or declines

- Status updates and dashboard views

- Clean, modern design (branding provided)

- Light backend for record keeping (e.g., Firebase/Supabase)

Deliverables:
- Fully functional web + mobile app

- Built using a modern tech stack (FlutterFlow, Firebase, or similar)

- Editable and easy for me to manage

- Admin access and all assets transferred upon completion

- Hosted or exportable build (e.g., APK)

- Any bids over the listed budget will be immediately disqualified.
- This is a fixed project NOT hourly.
- Only shortlisted freelancers will receive the full data model and design details.
- It will be $50 for the app and $50 for the website for $100 in total
