Hi,
I’m looking to build a simple and clean mobile app for a small delivery business. This is an MVP (first version), so the goal is to keep it straightforward, fast, and cost-efficient.
The app will be used internally by a small team and includes 3 user roles:
* Admin
* Driver
* Restaurant
GENERAL IDEA:
Restaurants create delivery requests, drivers accept and deliver them, and the admin monitors everything.
CORE FEATURES:
1. Authentication:
* Login system (username & password)
* Role-based access (each user sees their own dashboard)
2. Order System:
* Restaurant creates an order (customer name, location, order price)
* Order يظهر للسواقين
* One driver accepts the order (it becomes locked)
* Driver goes to restaurant
* Restaurant confirms pickup
* Driver delivers the order
* Driver marks order as delivered and uploads a photo as proof
3. Order Status:
* Pending
* Accepted
* Picked Up
* Delivered
4. Driver App:
* See available orders (with basic info only: area + distance level)
* Track:
* Orders completed today
* Earnings
* Daily progress (target: 20 orders)
* Earnings system:
* Near (0–1 km): $0.5
* Medium (1–3 km): $1
* Far (3+ km): $1.5
* Bonus: +$7 after 20 orders
* Cash tracking (how much collected and how much owed)
5. Restaurant App:
* Create orders
* Track order status
* View:
* Total orders
* Revenue
* Order history
6. Cash Tracking:
* Drivers collect cash from customers
* App shows total collected and amount owed
* Simple daily confirmation system
7. Delivery Proof:
* Driver must take a photo using the camera when marking order as delivered
8. Admin Panel:
* View all orders
* Track drivers
* Monitor basic performance
NOTES:
* UI should be simple and clean
* Performance should be fast
* No need for complex features (keep it minimal)
* GPS tracking is optional depending on cost

This is a startup project and we have a limited budget, so we are focusing on a simple MVP first, with possibility to expand later.
