Clinic Management App Blueprint

I’m ready to commission a premium, end-to-end Clinic Management Suite for my Ayurveda and Aesthetic practice, with a sharp focus on streamlined billing and appointments. Before we write a single line of code, I need a solid blueprint that lets me see the whole build at a glance and gives investors confidence in the roadmap.

Scope of the planning package
• Complete app architecture (mobile-first yet web-ready)
• User flow diagrams that reflect our dual practices (Ayurveda & aesthetic)
• Feature-priority matrix leading to an MVP definition
• MVP development timeline with realistic milestones
• Recommended tech stack covering native iOS, native Android and a responsive Web portal
• Normalised database schema, encryption strategy and role-based access plan
• Security posture (HIPAA-aligned), cloud storage setup and automated backups
• Elastic scalability roadmap for adding clinics, users and new AI modules

Core functionality the final product must enable
Patient management, appointment scheduling, invoicing & POS, digital prescriptions, before/after photo storage, aesthetic treatment tracking, inventory / pharmacy, WhatsApp messaging and lightweight AI assistant features.

What I expect from you
Send a detailed project proposal covering methodology, relevant past work (if any), team composition and the assumptions behind your timeline and cost estimates. Proposals that address security, compliance and future feature expansion will stand out.

I’m looking to lock in the planning deliverables first; solid execution contracts may follow once the blueprint is approved.
