Build a simple app project

Ok so I basically need an app created where when I enter 2 numbers it gives me the numbers next to it on the roulette table.

Example: Lets say I enter 1, 11

I want it to show me only the numbers 1, 20, 33 and 11, 36, 30

You basically will be using this wheel and use every number to the right and left.

So if I enter those numbers then the app will only display those.

then the app should only display 1, 16, 33 and 0, 3, 26


instead of me trying to rush to find the numbers on the wheel I can enter it on the app that you create and it will display me the numbers to save time

So I am asking if you can create a simple app where if I enter a number it will display the number I entered along with the right and left number on the wheel
