Build me a chat ai program with an interface

I would like a chat GPT like program but instead of it training on the whole internet, I would like it to train on a folder I have that contains a series of pdf documents of textbooks, research publications, and lecture notes. The goal is to have a specialized chatGPT type bot that has an understanding of mineral exploration starting from first principles.
