Bubble Role & Privacy Fix

I have a Bubble app where role-based updates are not behaving as expected—changes sometimes fail to reach the users whose roles should receive them, while other roles update just fine. Alongside that, I’m hitting a privacy snag: users are not able to modify someone else’s information even when the workflow should allow them to do so.
I want a quick yet thorough pass over the configuration, followed by the actual repair work. The mini-audit must cover:
• User permissions
• Data flow
• Privacy settings
