We are the founders of Reflyca, a new professional networking app focused on job referrals and hiring. We are looking for a skilled Bubble.io developer to build our MVP. This is a great opportunity to be a key part of an exciting project from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Full App Development: Build the entire app using Bubble.io, from the front-end UI to the back-end logic.
User Onboarding: Implement a registration flow with email/password and optional LinkedIn integration to pull user profile data.
User Profiles: Create detailed user profiles that include work history, skills, and answers to key questions about their job-seeking and hiring status.
Core Functionality: Build the five main sections of the app:
Me: User's personal profile and settings.
Grow: Find and connect with "People you may know" and invite contacts.
Circle: Organize connections into "Settled," "Explorers" (job seekers), and "Navigators" (hiring managers).
Referrals: Facilitate job referrals within the app.
My Referrals: Track all referrals sent and received.
Search & Messaging: Develop a global search function to find people and jobs, and a private one-to-one messaging system.
Notifications: Implement a robust notification system for connection requests, profile views, referrals, and more.
Database & Workflows: Design an efficient database and optimized workflows within Bubble to ensure the app is fast and scalable.
Native App Deployment: Work with Bubble's new native app builder to prepare the app for submission to both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Required Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Bubble.io.
Proven experience building complex, data-driven applications on Bubble.
Experience with API integrations (e.g., LinkedIn).
Strong understanding of responsive design principles within the Bubble editor.
Knowledge of database design and performance optimization in Bubble.
Experience with native mobile app deployment through Bubble is a plus.
