Project Description:
I need a Microsoft Power Platform expert to build a responsive PowerApp with 6 screens for my proiect.
The project is very simple and all materials are ready for the expert use.


• Support Arabic + English (any arabic translation will be provided by me upon request
• Save user input to Excel (OneDrive)
• Auto-generate a Word-to-PDF report using Power Automate
• Email the report to the user after submission
• Block access after final submission to protect user data
• Ensure each user or purchase generates a separate app copy or instance

All visuals, logic, and notes are ready (will be shared with the selected freelancer).
