AppSheet Staff Project Tracker
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need an AppSheet app that lets my team log in with general staff access, clock in, and immediately see the projects assigned to them. As they work, the app should record start-and-stop times so we can see exactly how long each person spends on every task.
Each project has a strict 90-day turnaround. I’d like a prominent daily countdown that reminds the user how many days remain and updates automatically. Progress on a project should appear as a simple percentage bar that rises as tasks are completed during the shift, and at clock-out the user must confirm today’s percentage so we capture end-of-shift status.
At month-end the system should calculate and display totals for the entire team as well as individual achievements—hours logged, percentages advanced, and any projects completed—so everyone can see where they stand.
The workflow itself is linear: every task has a set window, and no one can move to the next step until the current one is marked done, keeping the whole project on schedule. I’m happy to provide a Google Sheet with sample data, but I’m relying on you to structure the tables, relationships, and UX inside AppSheet so it all feels seamless on both desktop and mobile.
