AppSheet CRM Reports Print Feature

I have an existing Business LibraryCRM solution in AppSheet. I now need a dedicated Print button that appears in four specific report views—Engagement by Industry, HOT Leads by Industry, Engagement by Interested In, and the overall CRM Reports Library—as well as in the Engagement Experiences view.

How the button should work
• On click, show a small options dialog that lets the user choose either “Print to device” or “Save as PDF.”
• If the user selects Print, the flow should send the document straight to any printer already configured on the device.
• If the user selects Save as PDF, the file should download or store in the usual AppSheet-supported destination (e.g., device storage or Google Drive), matching the standard AppSheet behavior.

Additional UI changes
The existing Export button must be hidden in the same four report sections listed above so the new Print button becomes the sole action available for output.

Technical notes
– The solution must be built natively inside AppSheet using actions, workflows, or BOTs—whichever achieves the cleanest, most reliable result.
– No external add-ons may be required for the end user beyond what AppSheet already supports for printing/PDF generation.
– All changes should be published without affecting any other parts of the app.

Deliverable
Updated AppSheet app (or deployment file) with the new Print button and hidden Export button, plus a brief note outlining any new tables, actions, or automation steps you introduced so I can maintain them later.
