In-App Video Editor Integration

Hello,

I have ionic app with Cordova.

I need someone to add a video editor plugin to my ionic apps.
I don't want to use an sdk unless it's free or a 1 time low fee without watermark.

I want users to be able to upload multiple videos, crop them...and combine them to make 1 video. Any text overlay would be great too. Are there any plugin options?

Who has done this before?
