App Store Submission & API Level Update

I need help with two tasks for my app:

1. Apple App Store Submission:
- Our app, developed on Adalo and live on Google Play, has been rejected multiple times. We need assistance in:
- Fixing functionality issues (incomplete features)
- Providing a functional link to Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

2. Google Play Update:
- We need to update our target API level and upgrade to a newer version of the Google Play Billing Library to continue releasing updates.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Apple App Store and Google Play submission processes
- Familiarity with Adalo
- Ability to provide or suggest Terms of Use and Privacy Policy content
- Strong technical skills to resolve API level and billing library issues
