App Store & Play Maintenance On Annual Basis

I run two production apps—one on Google Play and one on Apple’s App Store—and I’d like a dedicated partner to keep them healthy, visible, and well-reviewed.

Here’s what you’ll look after day-to-day:

• Preventive maintenance: update SDKs and dependencies, submit new builds when policy changes roll out, and make sure every release clears review without rejections.
• Store-side optimisation: refresh screenshots, copy, keywords, and pricing whenever marketing provides new assets, using solid ASO practices to lift ranking and conversion.
• Live performance monitoring: track crashes, ANRs, retention, revenue, and install velocity in Google Play Console, App Store Connect, Firebase Crashlytics, and similar dashboards, then surface anomalies fast.
• Bug-fix cycles: reproduce issues from crash logs or user reports, patch them in our React Native codebase (with light Kotlin/Swift bridges), and push hot-fix builds through TestFlight or closed testing.
• Review & feedback care: answer user reviews in both stores promptly, with a friendly, brand-consistent tone, and escalate anything sensitive.

Access you’ll receive: GitHub repo, Play Console, App Store Connect, Firebase project, plus existing CI/CD setup.

Success metrics we’ll track together:
• No critical crash left unresolved beyond 48 hours
• Average rating held at 4.5★ or higher in each store
• Weekly report summarising installs, crashes, revenue, and sentiment
• Store listing updates completed within 24 hours of new assets
