App Migration, Optimization and Future Development

The job involves migrating a "vibe coded" app software platform from its current third-party host (Lovable Cloud) into a fully-owned, private, and secure development environment, followed by code optimization and ongoing strategic development

Specifically, the chosen vendor will be responsible for three main phases:
Phase 1: Migration and Setup: Exporting the entire App codebase from Lovable, deploying it into a new private infrastructure, configuring the environment, testing the application for validity, and transferring full source code ownership and documentation to App
.
Phase 2: Codebase Optimization: Conducting a comprehensive review of the code to clean it up, reduce technical debt, remove redundant or unused components, consolidate overlapping functions, and improve overall platform performance and stability

Phase 3: Strategic Partnership & Future Development: Acting as an ongoing development partner by assessing platform readiness, providing roadmap recommendations, and executing future, individually-approved development tasks. These future tasks may include building new features, AI enhancements, mobile application improvements, and workflow automations

Ultimately, the goal of the job is to give App full ownership, heightened security, and scalable infrastructure to protect its intellectual property and support future growth without the constraints of a third-party platform
