App Developer | OBS Plugin Store Distribution Expert

About the Role:

We’ve created two OBS plugins — a macOS .dmg package and a Windows extension — and we’re looking for someone with experience publishing apps/plugins to the Mac App Store and the Windows Store. The goal is to ensure both plugins are properly packaged, meet platform guidelines, and get approved without issues or flags.

Responsibilities:

* Package and prepare OBS plugins for distribution on macOS and Windows.
* Navigate the submission process for the Mac App Store and Windows Store.
* Ensure compliance with store requirements to prevent rejection/flagging.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any submission or review issues.
* Provide documentation or guidance for future updates/releases.

Requirements:

* Proven experience publishing apps or plugins to the Mac App Store and Windows Store.
* Familiarity with OBS plugins and streaming software a plus.
* Strong understanding of app signing, notarization, and compliance processes.
* Ability to work independently and deliver results quickly.

Nice to Have:

* Previous work with OBS or related streaming tools.
* Knowledge of plugin security standards and best practices.

NOTE: you are not developing the app all we need is someone with experience with submitting and publishing the plugin thats been created.
