Scope and must-haves
• Cross-platform build delivered as ready-to-submit binaries and full, well-commented source code.
• Real-time text messaging (Firebase, Supabase, or a similarly lightweight backend).
• Automatic nickname generator that never stores personal data.
• Basic moderation: keyword filter and in-chat report option.
• Google AdMob banner and interstitial ads working in test and production modes.

Acceptance criteria
1. Smooth, low-latency messaging across both operating systems.
2. Interest selection and random nickname flow completed in three taps or fewer.
3. AdMob impressions served without disrupting the chat UX.
4. Clean hand-off: build instructions, environment variables, and deployment guide ready for App Store and Play Store submission.
