Android Microloan App Creation

Project Title: Android Lending App Development (Full Ownership Required)

Project Description:
I am looking for an experienced mobile app developer to build a simple lending application similar to Tala/Skyro (basic version only). This app will be used for a small lending business pilot.

Scope of Work:
The developer will design, develop, and deliver a fully functional Android lending app with admin access and complete system ownership.

Core Features:

- User Registration (Name, Phone Number, Password)
- Loan Application Form
- Admin Approval System (Manual approval)
- Loan Tracking (Balance, Due Dates, Status)
- Automatic Interest Calculation
- Payment Tracking (Paid / Unpaid / Late)
- Penalty Computation for overdue payments
- Simple and clean user interface

Admin Panel (Required):

- View all users
- Approve or reject loan applications
- Monitor payments and balances
- View overdue accounts

Technical Requirements:

- Android App (APK and/or AAB)
- Backend system (Firebase, MySQL, or similar)
- Secure login system
- Basic data protection

DELIVERABLES (MANDATORY – FULL OWNERSHIP):
The developer MUST provide the following upon completion:

1. Full Source Code (complete project files)
2. APK / AAB file (ready to install)
3. Admin Panel access (with full control)
4. Database access (Firebase / MySQL credentials)
5. Server/Hosting credentials (if applicable)
6. Documentation (basic guide on how to operate the system)

Ownership Terms:

- I will have 100% full ownership of the app and source code
- The developer must not reuse, resell, or distribute this project
- No hidden restrictions, locks, or limitations

Payment Terms:

- Payment will be given in milestones:
• 30% – Start of project
• 40% – Working demo
• 30% – Final delivery with ALL required files

Important Notes:

- APK only delivery is NOT acceptable
- Source code is REQUIRED before final payment
- All accounts must be transferred to my ownership

Budget:
₱30,000 – ₱50,000 (negotiable depending on experience and features)

Timeline:
2–4 weeks preferred

Ideal Developer:

- Experience in fintech or lending apps
- Can communicate clearly
- Honest and reliable

Goal:
This is for a startup lending business. If the project is successful, I may hire again for upgrades.
