Android App Enhancement

We currently have a website which has a animation made in three.js and WEBGL which animated before a article is displayed. We need this same animation adding to our android app, because the android app screen is small the animation will not fit all on the screen so we were thinking as the animation moves we can move the screen with it until the final article is loaded.
