Whatsapp Autoforward messages

I need a bot/app which instantly forwards message received from a particular contact to a Whatsapp broadcast list. Also it should not forward messages which contains the blacklisted words for eg if the message contains the word 'Mumbai' (this is an example) then the message should not get forwarded. it should allow me to add or remove the blacklisted words.

I should also have the right to start the app and close it when I dont want to forward messages.
