Small App to identify capabilities of developer for future projects

This is test project to identify capabilities of developer. We have many projects for future to work on. Price will be negotiable after this project done.
Project Basics:
- Create Restore Point
- Clean registry recordings
- Clean temporary files
- Save reports
Software should be able to detect and remove leftovers from uninstalled programs in the registry and files.
We are providing GUI in PSD, AI format.
We should get a relatively bug free build and source code.
This software will be for commercial use as well.
- It is necessary to pay close attention to the details.
- Coding neatness is important.
- We'll look at how strategic and thoughtful the developer was.
