SharePoint Procurement/Order
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need an experienced Sharepoint developer who can take our existing order/procurement process and optimize it for efficiency. The process is already partly in place but needs updates, particularly for Sharepoint lists and the PDF files we send to our vendors. We would like an app with a UI to create our purchase orders and request for quotes. The lists are created, the process to create the PDFs is in place. and the templates for both are designed. We need the process modified to accomodate the addition of the app interface and we also need the pdfs modified.
Key deliverables and needs include:
- **Updating Sharepoint Lists**: The current lists will need to be reviewed and updated to align with the new streamlined process.
- **Streamlining the Process**: I'm looking for someone to enhance the current workflow. This will involve removing unnecessary steps and potentially adding new steps that can improve efficiency.
- **Modifying the PDF**: The PDF file that we send to our vendors will also need to be modified to reflect the new process.
- **Implementing Sharepoint Flows**: The updated process should be fully integrated with Sharepoint flows to ensure a high level of automation.
The ideal freelancer for this project should have:
- Proven experience working with Sharepoint
