Reverse the document

This is website and after click on website page open in this page we are type token and password, capth code typeing.

Than next-next- view doc-click on excute- click on admission- than submit.

After submitting doc only view document tab showing.

My requirements.
All above process follow for every doc but in some case because for office staff mistake or client wrong camunication details filling wrong for that that doc should reverse.

Let me know is it possible to edit or reverse the doc.
