Presenter App of Outlook Calendar of multiple employees

As a client, I am seeking someone with the technical expertise to develop a Presentation App of Outlook Calendar for multiple employees. The app will be web-based or installed as App on a Computer where a TV is attached, and should. The goal of the app is to show the calendar entries of the selected employees for one week (8 days) like the view in Outlook when you select multiple calendars. in Outlook it is limited to 4 employees to see the calendar entry clearly. The App or Web-page should alternate pages of the employees time based (like every 30 seconds) because we have around 15-20 employees to show there calendar. The server (Exchange) is inhouse, no need to see from outside.
