Podio/Globiflow Custom Application Development and Integration

I need to have a new Podio/Globiflow application developed with specific workflows and automations that build off our existing workspace. This will include auto task assignment, auto email generation, and the ability to mark milestones completed, as well as integration between workspaces. The attached document details the specific steps and tasks needed within the new application.
