I need an online application through which a citizen will be able to make an appointment with a specific service of the municipality for a specific day and time, in order to be served without being crowded in waiting queues. The citizen will be able to follow the progress of the appointment and via SMS to be informed in real time about when it will be served.
This update will be done automatically, each time the respective executive of the Service will inform the system that he completes his transaction with the citizen that precedes the series of scheduled appointments.
